Miltiadis Athanassiou is the head of our EMEA Retail practice and a leader in our Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practices.
He holds deep expertise in multiple areas, including full potential transformation, business unit strategy, category management, operating model redesign and end-to-end supply chain management.
Milti has honed intensive cross-sector retail knowledge throughout more than two decades with Bain, most recently advising food service, tobacco, mass retail, and food, drug, and convenience store clients.
He has also led a diverse set of commercial due diligences in retail and consumer products areas for private equity clients.
Miltiadis holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (USA), where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He also holds an M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich).
